Introduction
This online, interactive training will assist you with the transition to the new ordering interface chosen by EMBARQ. EMBARQ Administration and Service Order Exchange (EASE) is replacing Host On Demand (HOD) ordering and the Access Request Management System (ARMS) for Access Service Requests (ASRs). Later in 2008, the Integrated Request Entry System (IRES) will also be replaced for Local Service Requests (LSRs). |

You will be required to log on to the training course using your business e-mail address. You must use the same e-mail address each time you access the training. You might also be required to provide your name, customer type, and customer code if applicable. The training is tracked by e-mail address. |
